Berlin Villenprojects part 2

In the period from 1989 to the end of 1998, we initiated 112 projects (city villas) administration buildings. In other words, we acquired all the plots ourselves, planned them, built them up as a general contractor, let them and sold them in the form of GbRs and closed-end real estate funds, and then took over their management.
